- Melodiapelle Footwear Co. operates this Site as a direct-to-consumer luxury leather footwear brand, handcrafted in Agra, India.
- These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Site.
- By using the Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

2. Products

- We strive to display product colors, materials, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in leather grain, color, and finish are natural to handcrafted, genuine/vegan leather products and do not constitute defects.
- Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Pricing

- All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted at checkout. International customers may be charged in their local currency at checkout, subject to currency conversion.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
- For Bespoke/Custom orders, the price quoted is based on the specifications provided at the time of order; any changes requested after production has begun may incur additional charges or delays.

4. Payments

- We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Stripe, UPI, and other methods shown at checkout. EMI/installment options, where available, are subject to the terms of our third-party payment partners.
- All payments are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. Melodiapelle does not store your full card details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

- Shipping is governed by our Shipping Information policy. Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

- Returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are governed by our Returns & Exchange policy.

7. Intellectual Property

- All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, videos, product designs, and the Melodiapelle name and marks — is the property of Melodiapelle Footwear Co. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.
